Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the wheel package price? All wheel packages
include 4 wheels with high performance branded tyres e.g. Pirelli, fitted
and high speed balanced. All packages come with appropriate nuts/bolts
and hub rings ready to fit the wheels to your car. All prices include
VAT.
How do I know what wheels will fit my car? On the home page there
is a Search By Car function where you can select your vehicles make and
model and the web site will display all the products in the sizes that
will fit your car.
How long will it take for my order to reach me? That depends on
the product. Most single piece wheels are available within 7 days depending
on stocks, because all our wheels are exclusive low volume products they
may not always be in stock. When you place an order we will always confirm
delivery times before taking any payment. Forged wheels will take longer
as they are all manufactured to order. These usually take between 3 and
6 weeks to manufacture and deliver.
What warranty do I get with the wheels? All wheels come with the
standard manufacturers warranty. Most wheels have a life time structural
warranty and 1-2 year warranty for the finish. For full details of a specific
product please email us at warranties@designerwheels.co.uk or call us
on 08708 032 031.
Dont chrome wheels flake easily? Many people assume this, but in
reality it is only cheaper and poorer quality products that do this. We
do not sell these, all our chrome wheels are from top manufacturers and
are double or even triple plated to ensure a long lasting finish. As long
as they are looked after our wheels will last for years.
Are your prices competitive? We are so sure that our prices are
the lowest. We will price match any other genuine like for like quote!
How can I pay for my wheels? You can pay with any major credit or
debit card, cheque or cash. Please see Terms & Conditions for full
details.
I have seen similar wheels on E Bay for a lot less money, why should
I buy from you? The reason these wheels are cheap is that they are generally
of an inferior quality. As with all things in life, you usually get what
you pay for and buying cheaper wheels will inevitably cost you more in
the long run when the finish tarnishes or peels off!
