Delivery
• All wheels and tyre packages will incur a delivery charge of £40 including
VAT for delivery to most UK destinations. There are certain post code
areas where our carriers advise us that non-standard delivery charges
will apply, see the table below.

• Our policy is to deliver all items to the address associated with the
credit/debit card they are purchased on. This is to protect customers
from potential fraudulent use of their credit card.
• Your purchases can be also collected direct from our Wirral warehouse.

Order Payment
• All credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge.
• Debit card purchases WILL NOT incur any additional surcharges.
• We accept the following Debit and Credit cards:

• We are pleased to accept personal cheques and goods will be dispatched
once the cheque has cleared for payment at our bank.
• Cash payments can be accepted if you are collecting from our warehouse.

VAT
• All goods include VAT at the current rate (17.5%).
International Orders
• We currently trade only in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern
Ireland). Unfortunately we are unable to process orders to addresses outside
the UK.
Warranties
• All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. This is usually a
life time structural warranty and 1-2 years on the finish. Please refer
the specific products pages on the web site for details or alternatively

Cancellations & Returns:
Items Damaged In Transit
• If any items are damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us
within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s
best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be
returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and
documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement
or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your
reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty On Arrival
• If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which
to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original
packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have
verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via
your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage
costs. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians
we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for
the return carriage.
Items Faulty In Warranty Period
• If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 28 calendar
days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period,
you are entitled to a warranty repair. Please contact us and we will liaise
with the supplier on your behalf.
If You Change Your Mind
• If you have simply changed your mind about any item(s) ordered and you
wish to return it (them), then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations
(DSR) you can do so, provided you inform us of your decision within 10
days of receipt. The items must not be used (once wheels are fitted to
a vehicle they are deemed to be used) and must be ‘as new’ when returned
to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under DSR,
you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your expense. Once the item(s)
is received at our warehouse we’ll issue a full refund for the product
via the original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations.
Need To Return An Item?
• We know that you will be more than satisfied with your purchases but,
in the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us, we ask
that you contact us for a Returns Authorisation which will help us to
effectively process the returned item(s). Unauthorised returns outside
this procedure will not be accepted at our warehouse.
• All returns must reach us within 7 days of the issue of the Returns
Authorisation.
• Cancelled orders or returns not resulting from a fault or defect will
incur a 25% restocking fee.
• All special order items (essentially all multi piece/forged wheels)
are non-refundable as these are generally manufactured to individual customer’s
requirements.
• All returns must have a Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this
number contact us a returns@designerwheels.co.uk
or call
us on 08708 032 031. Any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number
will not be accepted at our warehouse.
• Once a Returns Authorisation Number is allocated we will send you a
Returns Form to complete and include in the parcel(s) you are returning.
Returned parcels without this form will be refused.
• Once the return is received into our warehouse and the Returns Authorisation
Number is checked, the package(s) will be opened and inspected.
• For Warranty Returns we will consult the manufacturer and respond to
you within 28 calendar days.
• For all other returns we will respond to you within 24 hours of receipt
and arrangements for refunds will be made.
Fitment
• Designer Wheels guarantee the fitment of all wheel packages we sell.
As long as all the information you give us concerning your vehicle is
correct (make, model and year of your vehicle along with details of all
modifications) we will endeavor to ensure that the wheels you receive
will fit your vehicle perfectly. If they do not, we will take them back
and either issue a FULL refund or replace the wheels with another set.
